1. LABORATORY INVESTIGATION
Hematology: Complete blood count with Differential (CBC with Diff)
Coagulation: Prothrombin time (PT), Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT), Fibrinogen, D-dimer.
Metabolic panel: C-Reactive Protein (CRP), Ferritin,
Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR), Cardiac Troponin I, Glucose,
HbA1c, Sodium (Na), Potassium (K), Chloride (Cl), Urea, Creatinine,
Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR), Protein (total), Albumin,
AST, ALT, ALP, GGT, LDH, Uric Acid, Bilirubin, Creatine Kinase (CK),
Amylase, IgA, IgG, IgM, C3, C4, Reuma Factor, Cytokeratin-19 (CYFRA),
N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), Vitamin D
Thyroid function tests (TSH, fT4)
Urinalysis: Test strip/microscopic
2. PULMONARY SPECIALIST EXAMINATION
Clinical examination by a pulmonologist, Lungs percussion and auscultation, detailed examination of lung function (Spirometry with bronchodilation test), Pulse oximetry.
Evaluation of the necessity for further diagnostic procedures.
3. CARDIOLOGICAL SPECIALIST EXAMINATION
Clinical examination by a cardiologist with ECG, heart auscultation, pressure and pulse measurement, Ultrasound od the heart.
Evaluation of the necessity for further diagnostic procedures.
4. NEUROLOGICAL SPECIALIST EXAMINATION
A standard clinical neurologicial examination.
Evaluation of the necessity for further diagnostic procedures.
5. IMAGING
Chest x-ray (PA and lateral view). Color Doppler flow imaging of the blood vessels (Color Doppler imaging of the carotid arteries, Color Doppler ultrasound exam of the arm and leg).
