We are introducing Dragan Mihaljević, M.D., specialist in anesthesiology

Dragan Mihaljević, M.D. joined the Anestesiology & Pain Management Team at St. Catherine Specialty Hospital.

Dr. Dragan Mihaljević graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Zagreb in 2012. From the very beginning of his career, he uses the most modern methods of pain treatment for which he has received training abroad. He is the first in Croatia certified in cryoneurolysis, the most modern method of minimally invasive pain treatment, for which he received training in Poland and Hungary. In addition, he was trained in laser denervation of all joints of the upper and lower extremities, as well as pain syndromes on the trunk, in Graz. He completed training in invasive treatment of pain syndromes of the spine as part of the Racz lab interventional workshop with Prof. Gabor B. Racz.

He is a member of the Croatian Medical Association, the Croatian Society of Anesthesiology, Reanimatology and Intensive Care Medicine, and the Croatian Society for Pain Management. He is a co-author of several scientific and professional papers in the field of anesthesiology, as well as the author of chapters in books. He is a lecturer at several domestic and international congresses and continuing medical education courses. He is a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Dentistry in Zagreb.
