Anđela Jukić, M.D., Ph.D.
Anđela Jukić, M.D, Ph.D., graduated from the University of Zagreb School of Medicine in 2010. At the same institution she completed her postgraduate doctoral studies in Biomedicine and health and in 2022 earned the academic degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences. Since 2012 she has been working at the Department of Ophthalmology, Clinical Hospital Dubrava.
In addition to completing her residency in ophthalmology in 2017, she successfully passed the European Board of Ophthalmology (EBO) examination, obtaining the title of FEBO (Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology). She completed her subspecialization in anterior segment diseases in 2022.
She has undertaken multiple international fellowships focused on cataract surgery and oculoplastic surgery. Dr. Jukić is the author of numerous scientific and professional papers published in internationally indexed journals, as well as abstracts presented at national and international congresses.
She is a member of the Croatian Ophthalmological and Optometric Society, the Section for Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS).
