Mihaela Mačković, M.D.
She graduated from the University of Zagreb School of Medicine in 2007, and after her studies, she completed an internship at the University Hospital Center Zagreb, where she gained basic experience in medical practice.
She continued her professional journey by working as a doctor at the Institute of Emergency Medicine of Zagreb County.
In 2010, she began her specialization in gynecology and obstetrics at the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics of the ‘Sveti Duh’ Clinical Hospital, and in 2016, she passed the specialist exam at the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics of the University Hospital Center Zagreb.
She continued her work experience by working as a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics in the Zagreb County Health Center, Jastrebarsko branch, and then at the Croatia Polyclinic in Zagreb from 2020 to 2025.
In addition to daily gynecological examinations, pregnancy management, she also deals with colposcopy and performs minor surgical procedures.
Dr. Mačković is active in her profession, regularly attending courses, professional conferences and symposia in gynecology and obstetrics.
She has participated in prestigious educational programs, including the 34th World Congress of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Budapest and postgraduate courses on contraception, family planning, and colposcopy at the University of Zagreb School of Medicine. Additionally, she has specialized training in fetal echocardiography, 3D/4D ultrasound, obstetric procedures, and ultrasound in gynecology and obstetrics, further demonstrating her dedication to providing top-quality medical care.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature, playing the piano, and has recently started playing volleyball as a recreational sport.
