Meet Martina Matovinović, M.D., Ph.D., a physician with years of experience and a deep passion for endocrinology, diabetology and longevity. Her work places special focus on longevity medicine, a science-based approach aimed at extending a healthy and high-quality life.

She graduated from the University of Zagreb School of Medicine in 2003, beginning her career as a research fellow for the Ministry of Science and Education on a project involving hormone replacement therapy in patients with pituitary tumors at the Sisters of Mercy University Hospital Centre. She passed her subspecialist exam in endocrinology and diabetology in 2017, while simultaneously building her scientific career , becoming a Research Associate in 2016 and a Senior Research Associate in 2022.

Doc. Martina Matovinović, M.D., Ph.D. believes that excellence in medicine goes beyond the clinic, it continues through science and education. She actively teaches at the Catholic Faculty of Theology, the Faculty of Kinesiology, and the University of Zagreb School of Medicine.

As the author of over 30 scientific papers indexed in international databases and co-author of numerous book chapters, she regularly participates in scientific and professional conferences in Croatia and abroad. She has published more than 80 professional abstracts and serves as a reviewer for domestic and international journals.
