She graduated from the University of Zagreb's School of Medicine in 2014. During her studies, she participated in scientific projects and was awarded the Dean's Award for one of her papers. After completing an internship at the Vrapče Psychiatric Clinic, she began her career in family medicine and pediatric clinics in Zaprešić. From 2018, she specialized in dermatology and venereology at the University Hospital Center Zagreb’s Clinic for Skin and Venereal Diseases, completing her specialist exam in 2022. She further gained experience at the General Hospital "Dr. Ivo Pedišić" in Sisak and various private clinics. She regularly attends educational programs and international congresses and completed an international dermoscopy course in Graz in 2019, followed by a Masterclass in Rome in 2023.

Dr. Medić Flajšman's primary fields of interest include dermoscopy, dermatological oncology, dermatological surgery, acne treatment, and a holistic approach to skin health using the latest regenerative and aesthetic methods. She refined her skills at a Masterclass in London, focusing on advanced filler application techniques and regenerative methods like exosomes, polynucleotides, and carboxytherapy.

She is skilled in administering botox, hyaluronic fillers, bioregenerative treatments (PRP, Profhilo, Sunekos, Sculptra), as well as in capillary and vein removal through sclerotherapy. She also has experience treating sexually transmitted diseases.

In 2023 and 2024 she was recognized among the "Top Doctors" based on patient selection. Currently, she also serves as an educator in regenerative rejuvenation methods at the St. Catherine Specialty Hospital.
