PHD analysis
Do you need a PHD analysis?
PHD (pathohistological diagnosis) is a very detailed microscopic analysis of a biopsy or surgical tissue sample conducted for the purpose of diagnosing and detecting potential diseased cells and tissues, which are then sent for further diagnostic processing at the Pathology Clinic for final diagnosis.
The clinical appearance and the look of the removed tissue do not necessarily reveal the true nature of the disease, which is why every piece of it is sent for pathohistological analysis to establish the final diagnosis.
