After a physical examination by a physiatrist and a detailed assessment of the musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems, a personalized exercise plan and exercise protocol are created - daily instructions that serve as daily doses of therapy focused on movement functionality, posture, breathing, stability, neuromuscular reactivation, and functional integration.
What does a physiatrist’s therapeutic and preventive plan include?
Depending on individual needs, the therapeutic and preventive plan may include a personalized program of therapeutic exercises and the application of methods aimed at preserving long-term functionality, resilience and vitality, such as:
- DNS exercises (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) – an individually tailored movement and stabilization program designed to optimize posture, improve movement control and protect the joints

The personalized plan includes a detailed, structured monthly training program with clearly defined types of exercises recommended based on your test results, as well as your individual needs and goals. The plan covers a day-by-day workout schedule, with precisely determined duration and intensity for each activity. Exercises can be adjusted according to heart rate zones or subjective effort levels (RPE – Rate of Perceived Exertion), ensuring optimal effectiveness and safety.
In collaboration with a nutritionist or endocrinologist, an individualized nutrition plan is also developed based on REE test results, allowing precise alignment of energy intake with your body’s needs, supporting long-term vitality and functional health.
