CLT concept (Coordinative Locomotor Training) is a new, modern and interesting method of individual exercise. The concept is in Innovation by Brigitte Dietz, IPNFA Advanced instructor of PNF concept.
Movement samples are based on movements of sprinters in skaters, i.e. normal body positions during walking and doing sports. By exercising following this concept, muscle balance of the whole body is restored as well as movement control and coordination.
The upper and lower part of the body, front and back are being connected and after exercising there is a feeling of better posture, stability, body control and easier movement.
CLT is an excellent application with athletes in preventive and functional training, in rehabilitation after injury to the movement system, surgeries, stroke and with painful conditions of the spine.
