Preputial Adhesion

Preputial adhesions (foreskin attachments to the glans) occur when the foreskin sticks to the head of the penis, causing physiological phimosis, but they can also develop later. These adhesions may resolve spontaneously or can be treated with corticosteroid cream or adhesiolysis (separation of adhesions).
