Neck lifting

A neck lifting is a cosmetic procedure that removes excess skin and fatty tissue from the neck and lower jaw in order to achieve a youthful appearance and a better facial profile.

The operation is usually performed under general anesthesia or sedation, depending on the surgeon's preference and the patient's health status. During the surgery, the surgeon will make an incision under the chin or behind the ear, depending on which approach is best for the patient.

After that, the surgeon will lift the skin and fatty tissue from the neck and lower jaw and remove it. If necessary, he will also adjust the neck muscles to achieve the desired look.

After the surgical procedure is completed, the incision will be carefully closed and the patient will be transferred to the recovery room. Recovery usually takes several weeks. The patients should avoid physical exertion and strenuous activity until they are fully recovered.
