Surgical excision

Surgical excision is a procedure in which a changed lesion on the skin is surgically removed, with mandatory local anesthesia administered in the area where the excision is performed.

A scalpel is used to remove a problematic change on the skin such as a suspicious mole, potential cancer, melanoma of the skin or a benign lesion such as a fibroma, etc.

The procedure is completely painless. After that, the wound is treated surgically by suturing and sterilely bandaged and must not urinate, and after the procedure, the next dressing is arranged. After 8 to 12 days, it is planned to remove the stitches.
