Excochleation of soft warts and condylomas

Excochleation is a treatment that removes the most common changes, such as molluscs, and is performed by coating the skin with local anesthetic cream, thorough cleaning, and using an instrument containing a small sharp spoon to scrape the change or changes off the skin and fall off. Then a sterile dressing is applied.
