MRI of the Hips
Hip MRI is used to provide a detailed view of the structures in the pelvic and hip areas. This examination can identify injuries to tendon-muscle structures of the large muscle groups in the leg, injuries associated with sports activities in the pelvic and hip region, the degree of hip joint degeneration, inflammatory changes in tendons and their attachment points, consequences of overuse syndrome, and other conditions that lead to musculoskeletal disorders.
In our Hospital it is also possible to perform MR arthrography of the hip joint if you have a recommendation from a specialist physician.
