We are introducing prim. Vedran Pažur, M.D., Ph.D., vascular surgeon

We are introducing a new member of the Centre for Minimally Invasive Surgery
Prim. Vedran Pažur, M.D., Ph.D graduated from the School of Medicine, University of Zagreb in 2004. After a short assignment as a doctor in the Croatian Institute for Public Health, he started General Surgery residency at the Clinical Hospital Merkur, Zagreb in 2006. In 2010 he passed the specialist exam, and in 2013 completed the subspecialization in Vascular Surgery. In 2018 he obtained the academic degree of Doctor of Science (PhD) in biomedicine at School of Medicine, University of Zagreb.
He is assigned as faculty in ESVS Academy course. Also, he is invited speaker in many domestic and international courses and meetings.
His areas of work are: minimally invasive vascular surgery and personalised medicine, aortic surgery, carotid surgery, peripheral artery surgery and minimally invasive vein surgery.
He is a member of the Croatian Medical Chamber, Croatian Surgical Society, Croatian Vascular Surgery Society, European Society of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery and International Union of Angiology. During his professional education, he attended surgery seminars of Weill Cornell University Surgery and Emergency Surgery, endovascular courses of ESVS and Metronic Academy.
